1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BuildAID services provided by Cogito Technologies Srl, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

BuildAID provides professional MVP development services including:

  • Web application development
  • Mobile application development
  • AI development and Gen AI solutions
  • Frontend and backend development
  • Consultation and project planning

3. Service Terms

3.1 Project Scope

All projects begin with a consultation to define scope, timeline, and pricing. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

3.2 Timeline

Standard delivery time is 2-5 weeks, depending on project complexity. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project requirements and client feedback cycles.

3.3 Pricing

Pricing starts at $3,999 and varies based on project scope. All prices are quoted in USD and include the development work specified in the agreed scope.

4. Payment Terms

  • 50% payment required to begin work
  • Remaining 50% due upon project completion
  • Additional features or scope changes require separate payment
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, the client owns all custom code developed specifically for their project, excluding any third-party libraries, frameworks, or our proprietary tools.

5.2 Our Retention Rights

We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and methodologies developed during the project for future work.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties regarding:

  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Specific business outcomes or success metrics
  • Compatibility with all third-party services
  • Future maintenance or updates beyond the agreed scope

We warrant that our work will be performed with professional skill and care consistent with industry standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing clear project requirements and feedback
  • Timely review and approval of deliverables
  • Providing necessary access to systems and accounts
  • Making required payments according to the agreed schedule

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment will be due for all work completed up to the termination date. Completed work will be delivered to the client upon payment.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oradea, Romania.
